Jinse Finance reported that modular Data Layer CARV has launched the CARV SVM chain testnet, aiming to achieve large-scale data sovereignty proxy to extend SVM functionality to Ethereum's AI proxy infrastructure and leverage zero-knowledge technology and trusted execution environment (TEE)

Chainbase and CARV have signed a strategic cooperation agreement, focusing on data interoperability, AI empowerment, and Token incentives.
