The lawsuit targets the Trump administration's April 2 Liberation Day tariffs and separate tariffs on China. The plaintiff pointed out in the lawsuit that these tariff measures violate the Constitution and the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), and requests the court to declare that Trump has no authority to implement this tariff policy.
