Web3 investment company JDI announced that it has fully acquired the Blockchain project Moonchain.
Odaily Web3 investment firm JDI announced that it has wholly acquired blockchain project Moonchain. Founded by former engineers from Parity Technologies and ZKsync, Moonchain focuses on blockchain protocols, L2 scaling, and DePIN technology. JDI said the acquisition will combine its hardware manufacturing capabilities with Moonchain's technology foundation to advance its presence in the decentralized infrastructure space. Moonchain plans to launch its first round of hardware giveaways (iHO) at the end of June, where users can stake tokens to earn smart devices connected to the Web3 network.
