Sources: Nasdaq and NYSE are in discussions with the U.S. SEC regarding reforms in the Capital Market.

On June 25, sources said that major exchanges in the U.S., Nasdaq and the New York Stock Exchange, were discussing regulatory reforms in the Capital Market with the SEC. The discussions on Capital Market reforms include drop listing costs, disclosure of listing-related information, and making the delegation process more friendly to businesses. (Jin10)
