SingularityDAO proposes a merger vote with Cogito Finance and SelfKey.
Golden Finance reported that SingularityDAO is through its proposal vote to merge with Cogito Finance and SelfKey, which will form a new entity called Singularity Finance, a project for tokenization of artificial intelligence economy on EVM Layer 2. In the proposed merger, Singularity Finance will establish a leadership committee responsible for overseeing the operation of the new merged financial ecosystem.
