Golden Finance reported that Cardano's Plomin hard fork will go live later on Wednesday, transitioning the network to complete Descentralización governance. Prior to the upgrade to complete Descentralización governance, the ADA Token trading price of Cardano experienced a slight pump. After the upgrade, ADA holders will gain voting rights, supporting parameter changes, treasury withdrawals to determine the future of the hard fork and blockchain. It is reported that the Plomin hard fork requires stake pool operators to upgrade Nodos and pass the upgrade with a 51% vote. As of last week, nearly 80% of the Nodos have upgraded to the new version.
