7月4日、余烬の監視によると、有名なETH/BTC為替レートロングのJames Fickel(@jamesfickel)は20分前に3万枚のETHをCEX Primeに、5万枚のETHをCEX Primeの共犯者アドレスに転送しました。彼は昨年一年間、ETH/BTC為替レートをロングしていました：ETHを担保にBTCを借り出し、その後BTCを売却してETHに交換し続けました。彼はETH/BTC為替レートのロングで20,632 ETHの損失を出しました。
