Strategy Saylor: Will help Pakistan achieve Crypto Assets transformation

Gate News bot message, following the meeting between Strategy Executive Chairman Michael Saylor and the Pakistani Ministry of Finance, where he praised its Crypto Assets efforts, Pakistan has gained another prominent figure to support its Crypto Assets transformation.

According to local media reports, Saylor met with Pakistan's Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb and the country's State Minister for Blockchain and Crypto Assets Bilal Ben Saqib on Sunday to discuss how Bitcoin can play a role in national reserves and the country's planned Crypto Assets policy, while Saylor welcomed the appointment as an advisor.

In the video, Seler tells the two, "Pakistan has many smart people, and many people do business with you," and uses his Bitcoin purchasing company as an example to illustrate how Pakistan demonstrates "thought leadership."

The Strategy led by Saylor (formerly MicroStrategy) is the publicly traded company with the largest Bitcoin holdings, according to Bitbo data, the company holds 582,000 BTC, worth over 61 billion dollars.

Strategy has sold billions of dollars in debt and equity to fund its Bitcoin purchases, and since its first purchase in mid-2020, its stock price has soared over 3000%.
