Israel has agreed to a ceasefire after Iran achieved "great success".
Gate News bot news, according to CNN, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's government issued a statement saying that Israel agrees to the ceasefire proposal put forward by U.S. President Donald Trump after a military victory over Iran.
This statement is the first official comment from Israel regarding the ceasefire, stating that after nearly two weeks of attacks on Iran, Israel has achieved all of its objectives, "even exceeding expectations."
The statement says: "Israel has eliminated direct and dual existential threats in the nuclear and ballistic missile fields."
"In addition, the Israel Defense Forces have completely taken control of the skies over Tehran, delivering a heavy blow to Iran's military leadership and destroying dozens of key regime targets in Iran."
Israel thanked Trump and the U.S. for the military support provided to "eliminate the Iranian nuclear threat."
The statement warned: "Israel will respond strongly to any violations of the ceasefire."
