A total of 9 valve leaks were found on the sunken oil tanker carrying 1.4 million liters of fuel in the Philippines.

On July 28th, according to the Philippine Coast Guard, divers discovered that 9 valves of the sunken tanker "MV Traniova" were leaking fuel. The divers immediately sealed the leaks and completed the application of the second layer of sealant on the same morning. At 1:10 am on July 25th, the tanker "MV Traniova", flying the Philippine flag, capsized and sank in the eastern sea area of Lamma City, Badan Province, Philippines. The tanker was carrying 1.4 million liters of industrial fuel, and if it were to leak entirely, it could cause the most serious fuel leak incident in Philippine history.
