The Golden Finance reported that Richard Schueler (also known as Richard Heard or Richard Heart), the founder of Hex and PulseChain, is currently under criminal investigation in Finland for serious tax evasion and assault.
According to Finnish local media YLE, the Finnish police suspect that Schuler, who resides in Helsinki, is involved in serious tax evasion and assault. Helsinki detective Harry Saristola told the newspaper that Schuler is suspected of owing hundreds of millions of euros in taxes in Finland. Saristola explained that there are discrepancies between Schuler's tax returns and the tax authority's income assessment, which prompted the investigation.
