Two polling stations in Georgia briefly closed due to false bomb threats, officials applied for extended voting hours

Golden Finance reported that two polling stations in Fulton County, Georgia, USA, were briefly closed on Tuesday morning due to non-credible bomb threats. County election officials stated that operations resumed with increased on-site security after an evacuation of about 30 minutes. Officials will seek court approval to extend the voting time at C.H. Gullatt Elementary School and Etris Community Center to ensure that voters are not affected.
