Former Alameda CEO will begin serving a prison sentence on November 7 local time

PANews reported on November 7th that Caroline Ellison, former CEO of Alameda Research, is expected to be imprisoned on November 7th local time for her involvement in criminal activities related to the encryption exchange FTX. As of the publication of this article, the website of the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) in the United States stated that Ellison has not been detained, but provided her inmate number, as well as her age, race, and gender. On September 24th, Judge Lewis Kaplan of the Southern District of New York sentenced Ellison to two years in prison, and she is expected to surrender earliest on November 7th.
