It is reported that Marc Andreessen previously posted a picture on X platform with the caption of the institution's name a16z.com, and he referred to himself as a 'DOGE unpaid intern', which caused misunderstanding in the encryption community and was mistakenly interpreted as the intention to issue Memes.
