It's the weekend, a non-working day, let's have a cup of tea! Let's chat about the recent trends of ETH that everyone is most concerned about, and how to adjust if you haven't been able to catch the rhythm for a while. Hope it can provide some reference for everyone~
In fact, observing the fluctuations of ETH reveals an interesting pattern: over the past few years, there have been 7 significant increases, each time starting from the bottom and basically doubling. We discussed this a few weeks ago. The starting point of this increase is around 2120, and according to this pattern, the peak might be around 4240, plus a fluctuation space of 5%-10%. This pattern has been quite reliable so far; I wonder if there will be any new changes this time?
In addition, ETH has a relatively clear resistance level, which is around the historical high of 4800. Regardless of the cryptocurrency, when it approaches historical highs, it often tends to experience significant pullbacks. Therefore, if it really reaches this position, for safety's sake, it may be wise to take a step back. Friends who are calm and experienced may also consider attempting to take advantage of short-term pullback opportunities.
Let's talk about another issue that everyone might be concerned about: what should we do if this time the ETH market doesn't keep up and we feel like we've missed out?
The first idea is to look at the relevant small tokens in the Ethereum ecosystem for short-term rebound opportunities. For example, Pepe seems like it might rebound to around 0.13, and ENA could reach around 0.78. If there are any pullback opportunities, it might be worth keeping an eye on.
The second approach is to choose to continue – to patiently wait. In the cryptocurrency market, sometimes "taking it slow" can be more prudent, which is what we often refer to as the "lying flat" strategy. Instead of entering the market when the sentiment is overly heated and everyone is extremely optimistic, it is better to wait for a moment when the market shows panic or extreme panic. Such opportunities will always come, but it requires a bit of patience. This method has been tested in the market for 10 years; although it may not guarantee buying at absolute lows or selling at absolute highs, over the long term, it often allows one to steadily earn their share of profits.
These two mindsets actually represent two different trading styles in the crypto world: one is more proactive and aggressive, while the other is more conservative and calm. Some may think that being aggressive is better, while others prefer a steady approach; in fact, each has its own advantages. Short-term follow-up gains, while having certain risks, can indeed capture some short-term opportunities as long as greed is well-controlled; on the other hand, the approach of patiently waiting, although seemingly "clumsy", actually understands how to grasp the main contradictions and not be disturbed by small fluctuations, making it less prone to mistakes. It's like only eating the most tender parts of the fish; generally, it's the more experienced friends who can be patient enough to choose this method.
