On June 15, U.S. taxpayers covered the cost of soldiers, tanks and warplanes for Trump's military parade, but several big tech companies have provided funding for the celebrations along the way. According to a recent statement released by the "America250" Foundation, companies such as Oracle, Amazon, CEX, Lockheed Martin and Palantir are important sponsors of the non-profit organization designated by Congress to raise funds for the celebration of the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States. While the 250th anniversary of the signing of the U.S. Declaration of Independence doesn't officially come until July 4, 2026, the America250 Foundation, co-chaired by former U.S. Treasury Secretary Rosie Rios and former Trump campaign manager Chris LaCivita, has arranged audience receptions and festive events for this Saturday's controversial military parade. A few weeks before the parade, America250's official website also listed Meta as one of the highest-level sponsors. A May 22 press release mentions Meta as a sponsor and announces four U.S. car brands – Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram – as partners.
